• Role Description

As a Mobile Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and continuously improving mobile applications that support POSDIGI's digital products and business needs.

You will work closely with Product, UI/UX, Backend, QA, DevOps, and other technology teams to transform business requirements and product concepts into secure, scalable, and user-friendly mobile applications.

The role also involves exploring and implementing AI-powered capabilities within mobile applications, including integration with AI APIs, machine learning models, Generative AI services, and other intelligent technologies to enhance user experience and business processes.

• 🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Android and/or iOS mobile applications.
• Develop high-quality, scalable, maintainable, and responsive mobile application features.
• Translate business and product requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Integrate mobile applications with REST APIs, backend services, third-party platforms, and cloud services.
• Implement and integrate AI-powered features into mobile applications based on product and business requirements.
• Explore and integrate AI/ML APIs, Generative AI services, SDKs, and machine learning models into mobile applications.

Develop intelligent features such as AI assistants, intelligent search, recommendations, document/image processing, automation, personalization, or other AI-driven functionalities where applicable.

Optimize application performance, scalability, stability, and responsiveness across different devices.

Implement appropriate mobile application security practices, including authentication, secure storage, API security, and certificate pinning.

• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, debugging, and troubleshooting across various devices and operating systems.
• Monitor and resolve application issues, crashes, bugs, and performance problems.
• Manage application build, versioning, release, and deployment processes.
• Support application submission and maintenance on Google Play Store and/or Apple App Store.
• Collaborate with Backend, QA, UI/UX, Product, DevOps, and other technology teams throughout the development lifecycle.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, documentation, and knowledge sharing.
• Contribute to improving development standards, architecture, coding practices, and overall application quality.
• Work within an Agile/Scrum development environment and participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• 🎓 Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in mobile application development.
• Proficient in one or more technologies such as Kotlin, Swift, Flutter, or React Native.
• Strong understanding of mobile application architecture, lifecycle, design patterns, and development best practices.
• Experienced in integrating mobile applications with REST APIs, third-party services, and cloud-based services.
• Familiar with SQLite, Realm, or other mobile databases.
• Understanding of Material Design and/or Human Interface Guidelines (HIG).
• Experienced in testing and debugging applications using emulators and physical devices.
• Familiar with Google Play Store and/or Apple App Store submission and release processes.
• Good understanding of mobile security practices, including secure storage, authentication, API security, and certificate pinning.
• Experience implementing or integrating AI-powered features into mobile applications.
• Familiar with AI/ML APIs, Generative AI APIs, SDKs, or model integration.
• Able to translate AI capabilities into practical and user-oriented mobile application features.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
• Good understanding of Git/version control and collaborative software development practices.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Comfortable working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Willing to work full on-site in Bandung.
