OFFICER - FIT OUT ( MALL BANDUNG )

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of work experience in fit out, or related position

Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with design software (Autodesk AutoCAD Architecture 2D/3D, Adobe Photoshop, Sketch Up, Vray for renderings, or similar)

• Communication and project management skills
• Willing to be placed at Summarecon Mall Bandung

Job Description

• Assist tenants in the fit-out process from the initial design to the opening of the rental unit, both technically and administrative
• Follow-up tenants from the deal process to the opening of the rental unit
• Process correspondence with the Tenant in accordance with the applicable procedures
• Encouraging the Tenant to immediately enter the image according to the schedule that has been determined together

Maintain standardization of mall rental unit designs, especially in the fields of Civil, Architectural and ME related to building installations

Prepare the physical condition of the room, the need for electricity, exhaust and fresh air, and others in accordance with the needs of the rental unit of each tenant

• Controlling every fit out work of the rental unit from the beginning to the opening of each rental unit
• Checklist for rental units during/after opening, and follow up on defect list work until th condition of the rental unit is complete
