Deskripsi pekerjaan OPERATIONAL DIVISION & CUSTOM BROKERAGE Jalak Kargo Logistik
Responsibilities
- Manage import and export operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and documentation requirements.
- Coordinate and oversee shipping arrangements, including vessel booking for cargo transportation.
- Collaborate with suppliers, carriers and customs agents to facilitate smooth and timely shipments.
- Handle truck arrangements, optimizing routes, and managing logistics for land transportation.
- Track shipmens, maintain inventory and resolve any shipping - related issues or delays.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits, reporting and compliance purpose
Requirements
- Proficiency in english.
- Have proven experience in import/export operations, including vessel booking and logistics arrangements for a minimum of 2 years
- Strong knowledge of import/export, documentation and custom procedures.
- Strong knowledge about custom clearance export/import, PEB/PIB submit amd hanling PPJK.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast - paced environment.
- Proficient in using logistics software and Ms. office
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Customer service or equivalent.
- Good team work and interpersonal skill.
