• , you will execute day-to-day operations for
• Reserve by City Padel.

Court Occupancy: Execute daily tactics to fill court slots, including managing booking systems and coordinating with the Administrative team.

Academy Growth: Handle the administration and on-ground logistics for Academy sessions, ensuring coaches and students have everything they need for a premium experience.

• Merchandise Sales: Manage the display and inventory of merchandise, ensuring it is actively promoted to Court and Academy users.
• Performance Tracking: Collect data on court bookings and academy attendance to help the GM analyze marketing - operational effectiveness.
• Strategic SOP Management: Develop & Monitor SOPs that ensure consistent service throughout the facility.

Facility Auditing: Conduct regular, rigorous inspections of all service areas, staff grooming, and technical amenities to maintain the highest standard.

Kualifikasi

• Based in Surabaya
• Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Management is Preferred
• Experience in Business Operations, Store Management, or related fields for min. 1-2 years
• Ability to execute complex projects with high attention of detail
• Excellent knowledge of the Sport & Wellness Industry
• Willing to work hands-on during operational activities
• Ability to engage with members and community
