- Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the company's daily operational and administrative activities.
- Develop, review, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in line with business needs and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure operational processes comply with company policies, regulations, and risk management standards.
- Manage and develop the Operations team by setting KPIs, monitoring performance, and providing coaching.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and implement process improvements.
- Monitor operational cash flow and ensure accurate data reconciliation.
- Work closely with Business, HR, IT, and Legal teams to support business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum
- 4 years of experience
- in Operations, preferably as a
- Supervisor or Manager
- in the
- banking industry
- Strong knowledge of operational management, SOP development, risk management, and banking regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to improve operational processes.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to be placed in Jakarta and Bandung.
