What You Will Do
Keep House of Rasa alive with workshops, community gatherings, product experiences, bar take-overs, industry talks & networking sessions — never a passive showroom
Build House of Rasa as the area's community base camp for baristas, bartenders, café/restaurant owners, F&B entrepreneurs, students & hospitality schools
- Develop local partnerships with brands, cafés & restaurants, universities, communities, equipment brands & industry associations
- Ensure every HOR activity builds brand & product awareness for RASA Group
- Own facility readiness — equipment, venue scheduling, maintenance & manpower
Enable local commercial activities by coordinating customer visits, product demonstrations, trials, meetings and other HOR-based sales support
Track HOR activities, visitors, partnerships and commercial opportunities to continuously improve programming and local relevance
Who We're Looking For
- Hospitality or hotel operations background strongly preferred
- Experience running a venue, showroom or experience center with recurring programming
- Strong community-building, events and partnership-development skills
- Comfortable balancing operations, partnerships and on-ground sales support
- A natural connector within the local F&B & hospitality ecosystem
