- Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze outlet performance to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Conduct feasibility studies for outlet development, including investment, financial viability, and projected performance.
- Support the implementation and evaluation of performance improvement initiatives.
- Prepare performance analysis, dashboards, and business reports to support decision-making.
- Maintain outlet performance databases and prepare reports on performance, feasibility studies, BEP, and Payback Period.
- Monitor the progress and results of improvement initiatives in coordination with relevant teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in business analysis, performance management, or outlet/business development.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, with strong data visualization skills
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
- Good communication skill
