As our Outlet Manager, you will be the driving force behind our culinary spaces—orchestrating daily operations across our premier restaurants, bar lounge, and in-room dining. Your mission is to balance five-star guest experiences with sharp financial performance.

Who You Are

You are a disciplined, self-motivated leader who thrives under the exciting pressure of a luxury hospitality environment. You hold yourself and your team to the highest standards, even during peak weekend and holiday rushes.

Your Profile

Educational Background

A degree (Min. D3) in Hotel Management or a related field is highly preferred.

Proven Track Record

At least 3 years of successful leadership experience in a similar role within upscale or 5-star establishments.

Flawless Communication

Fluent in English (both written and spoken) with professional computer literacy.

Natural Leadership

An inspiring team player with exceptional interpersonal skills and a deep-rooted passion for premium service.
