Outlet Manager

Tanggung Jawab

• Lead daily outlet operations from opening to closing in line with company SOPs
• Deliver consistent food quality, service standards, and guest experience
• Handle guest complaints and monitor online reviews, following up with corrective actions
• Achieve monthly revenue targets and control COGS, waste, and operating costs
• Ensure accurate daily cashier closing and payment reconciliation
• Oversee inventory, stock opname, and stock requests to Purchasing and Central Kitchen
• Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate the outlet team
• Coordinate with Marketing on in-store promotions and events
• Report outlet KPIs and performance to management weekly

Kualifikasi

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Hospitality or Management
• Minimum [3] years of experience as Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in casual dining, bistro, or cafe
• Proven experience leading a team of [15+] people
• Solid understanding of outlet P&L, COGS control, and inventory management
• Proficient in POS systems and Excel/Google Sheets
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Willing to be placed at any outlet in PIK or BSD
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Experience with new outlet openings or multi-outlet brands is a plus
