- Job Responsibilities
- Recruit, develop, and manage overseas creator agencies, primarily in Indonesia and the Southeast Asia market.
- Build and optimize agency management processes, incentive programs, and operational standards to improve agency performance, creator retention, and engagement.
- Monitor daily voice room operations, analyze performance data, and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with agency partners, ensuring excellent platform experience while resolving operational issues efficiently.
- Collect agency feedback and business needs to support operational and product enhancements.
- Keep up with industry trends, competitor activities, platform policies, and new features to continuously improve agency management strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or above (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply).
- Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written).
- Able to communicate in English and/or Indonesian for daily coordination with local agencies.
- Experience in overseas voice chat platforms, live streaming, creator economy, agency management, or community operations is highly preferred.
- Experience in revenue generation, business development, or monetization is a plus.
- Strong analytical thinking with a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
