- Handle parent complaints thoughtfully, efficiently, and in a structured manner.
- Facilitate effective communication between parents and the Academic and Operations teams.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on parent feedback on a regular basis to maintain parent satisfaction and trust in MNS.
Design, organize, and implement various parent engagement programs to encourage a collaborative school environment, such as parenting seminars and workshops, community meetings, parent support groups, and feedback forums
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies, Public Relations, Management, Education, or another relevant discipline
- At least 1 year of experience in parent relations
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Strong Conflict-resolution and problem-solving skills
- Proven experience in planning and organizing events as well as community activities
