Responsibilities

• Produce engaging photo and video content to support SGU's branding, marketing, and student recruitment.
• Manage the end-to-end multimedia production process, including concept development, planning, filming, editing, and final content delivery.

Create high-quality promotional and advertising videos for ATL and BTL campaigns across social media, digital advertising, websites, LED displays, and other marketing channels.

Capture and document university events, academic activities, student life, campus facilities, and industry partnerships to showcase the SGU experience.

Edit multimedia content by incorporating motion graphics, subtitles, color correction, audio enhancement, and other visual effects to ensure professional-quality outputs.

Organize, maintain, and ensure the proper use of multimedia equipment, digital assets, and content libraries for efficient production workflows.

Collaborate closely with the Social Media team and cross-functional departments to develop creative, engaging, and impactful multimedia content aligned with SGU's brand identity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Film, Multimedia, Visual Communication Design, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in videography, video production, multimedia content creation, or a similar role.
• Proficient in operating professional cameras, lighting, and audio equipment to produce high-quality visual content.

Proficient in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Figma, CapCut, and Adobe Premiere Pro; experience with Adobe After Effects or Adobe Lightroom is a plus.

• Strong understanding of videography principles, video editing, composition, lighting, color correction, and visual storytelling.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• A strong portfolio showcasing previous photography, videography, or multimedia projects is required.
