About the Role
We are hiring a Pre-Sales Engineer to support enterprise customers with Cloud-Native and Kubernetes solutions across Indonesia.
You will work closely with the Sales team to deliver technical presentations, solution architecture, Proof of Concepts (POCs), and customer-facing technical consultation.
This opportunity is ideal for professionals with experience in Kubernetes, container platforms, private cloud, DevOps, or enterprise infrastructure who enjoy solving complex technical challenges.
- Key Responsibilities
- Deliver product demonstrations, technical presentations, customer workshops, and POC support.
- Partner with the Sales team to analyse customer requirements and design Kubernetes-based solutions.
- Prepare technical proposals, solution architecture, bid documents, implementation plans, and test reports.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and act as the primary technical liaison between customers and engineering teams.
- Gather customer and market feedback to contribute to product enhancement and solution improvements.
- Collaborate with Product, R&D, and Channel Partners on technical solution delivery.
- Travel to customer sites within Indonesia when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in Pre-Sales, Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting, Cloud Infrastructure, or DevOps.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, container platforms, Cloud-Native architecture, and DevOps practices.
- Strong understanding of Cloud Computing, virtualization, networking, and enterprise IT infrastructure.
- Experience with Private Cloud or Enterprise PaaS technologies is highly advantageous.
- Proficient in both English and Mandarin to support Mandarin-speaking customers and technical partners.
- Excellent presentation, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
