Responsibility
- Gathering information from customer to identify customer’s needs
- Analyzing, developing, and proposing technical solutions (technology and equipments)
- Making design, bill of material, scope of works, schedule and proposal
- Deliver
- product presentations, demonstrations, and Proof of Concept (POC)
- to clients.
- Provide pre-sales technical consultation and act as the key technical liaison between customers and internal teams.
Coordinating with external parties (vendors, principals, distributors) to obtain required information (price, demo equipment, technical specifications) to provide technical solutions
Coordinating with other department to provide required information before the project begin
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in
- Information Technology / Computer Engineering
- or related field.
- Minimum
- 2–4 years of experience
- in Data Center, Infrastructure solution design, and pre-sales support.
- Experience with major vendors such as
- Dell Server & Dell EMC Storage (Server Gen 14 – 17, Unity Storage & Powerstore Storage)
- Experience with
DSC/OSC
- for configuration Server & Storage
- Familiarity with operating system such
- VMware, Redhat, Windows Server
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (Mandarin is an advantage).
- Strong analytical, documentation, and teamwork abilities.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
