Responsible for the development, implementation, and evaluation of manufacturing processes.
Compile, update, and manage comprehensive process documents and standard operating procedures (SOP).
Oversee process verification, lead trial production phases, and prepare detailed summary reports.
Perform failure analysis, drive continuous process optimization, and maintain process stability on the production floor.
Complete and undertake other work tasks assigned by the leadership.
Experience in process engineering, trial production, or manufacturing process optimization (preferably within a battery or automotive factory environment) is preferred.
