- We are looking for a
- Procurement Executive
to support procurement operations and strategic sourcing activities, ensuring effective purchasing processes, supplier management, and cost optimization while maintaining compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Job Responsibilities
- Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end procurement processes, including sourcing, negotiation, purchasing, and contract management
- Manage supplier relationships, evaluate performance, and maintain supplier databases
- Monitor spending, analyze procurement data, and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Ensure procurement documentation, contracts, and records are accurate and up to date
- Maintain compliance with company policies and applicable regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any major
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Procurement
- Experience in supply chain or cross-functional procurement processes is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with SAP/ERP systems is an advantage
- Good communication skills in English (spoken and written)
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills
- Detail-oriented and well-organized
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
