PROCUREMENT MANAGER

• Procurement Manager

• Key responsibilities
• Develop and execute strategic procurement initiatives that support business growth and operational excellence.
• Build and maintain long-term partnerships with key suppliers while ensuring sustainable, competitive, and reliable sourcing.

Lead strategic sourcing, commercial negotiations, contract management, and supplier performance management across direct and indirect procurement.

• Drive procurement transformation through cost optimization, value engineering, and process improvement initiatives.
• Analyse supplier performance, conduct evaluations and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal departments including production, logistics and finance to ensure procurement aligns with organisational needs.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement while developing a high-performing procurement team.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, procurement regulations and industry standards.
• Prepare and present procurement reports, cost analyses and performance metrics to senior Management.
• What we're looking for
• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of proven experience in procurement, purchasing or supply chain management roles.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, vendor management and inventory control methodologies.
• Demonstrated experience in cost negotiation and achieving significant cost savings.
• Deep understanding of procurement best practices, supply chain operations, inventory management, and ERP systems (SAP is preferred).
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Certification in procurement management (such as APICS CSCP or equivalent) is advantageous.
