PROCUREMENT SUPERVISOR

• Key Responsibilities
• Execute daily procurement activities to ensure purchase requests are processed on time and in line with company procedures.
• Source vendors, request quotations, compare prices and negotiate based on price, quality, availability and delivery time.
• Support vendor evaluation, negotiation, and contract administration to ensure reliable supplier performance and competitive pricing.

Coordinate across internal departments and candidate vendors to ensure all procurement activities are appropriately executed, including receiving and documentation.

Monitor purchase order progress, vendor delivery and pending procurement items to prevent disruption to site operations.

Maintain vendor records, quotation comparisons, purchase documents, tender files and approval records in accordance with internal control requirements.

Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, approval limits, applicable regulations and ethical standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Management, Supply Chain or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of procurement experience, preferably in mining, heavy equipment, industrial or construction.

Familiar with procurement of spare parts, fuel support, tools, consumables, repair services, rental equipment, site operational needs and projects.

• Experienced in vendor sourcing, supplier evaluation, price comparison, negotiation, purchase order follow-up and contract administration.
• Strong attention to detail and strong analytical thinking to review price reasonableness, goods and services quality and vendor performance.
• Demonstrate capability and effective working relationships across departments/ functions.
• Have driving license A.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is an advantage.
• High integrity, honest, disciplined and able to work with proper documentation and follow-up.
