SAFETY & HEALTH SUPERVISOR

• Key Responsibilities
• Develop, implement, and evaluate Occupational Safety and Health (OHS) objective, target and programs in accordance with regulations, company standards, and industry best practices.
• Conduct hazard identification, risk assessments, and establish control measures to prevent workplace accidents and occupational diseases.
• Ensure all operational activities are carried out in accordance with safe work procedures and applicable OHS requirements.
• Support the audit and implementation of the Mining Safety Management System (SMKP) and compliance with applicable mining safety regulations.
• Manage OHS training programs, new employee inductions, safety talks, toolbox meetings, and safety campaigns.
• Support the implementation of emergency preparedness and response programs through simulations, training, and periodic evaluations.

Qualification

• Safety Management Systems Audit certified (Auditor Internal SMKP).
• Strong analytical skill, high attention to detail, fast learner, and positive attitudes.
• Strong documentation and organizational skills.
• Fluent in English (both written and oral).
• Good team work, has high initiative & work motivation.
• Details and results-oriented with the ability to multi-task, and adhere to deadlines.
• Emergency response competence (certified).
• Possess
• AK3 Umum and POP certification.
• Minimum
• 5 years of experience in Safety/K3
• , preferably in
• coal mining industry.
• 10.
• Familiar with ISO 45001 and Good Mining Practice.
• Willing to be assigned at Musi Banyuasin, South Sumatra and work on a roster basis.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
