Job Description

Design original accessories concepts from initial sketches through to final production-ready artwork using Adobe Illustrator

Develop a deep understanding of our product range, materials, and construction methods to ensure every design is both beautiful and buildable

• Collaborate closely with the product, merchandising, and marketing teams to align designs with brand direction and seasonal trends
• Create detailed technical drawings, spec sheets, and design documentation that guide the production process with clarity
• Research market trends, competitor products, and emerging styles to keep our collections fresh and relevant

Kualifikasi

• We're Looking For - 2–4 years of experience in accessories or fashion design, with a solid portfolio that shows range and creative thinking
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator — you can work quickly, accurately, and produce polished technical and presentation files

Strong product knowledge for accesoris such as bags, hat, etc: you understand materials, manufacturing processes, and what makes an accessory both desirable and produceable at scale

High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects without letting quality slip
