Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum
- 2–4 years
- of experience as an IT Product Manager.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the banking, fintech, or digital payment industry.
- Comprehensive understanding of conventional, sharia, or digital banking product lifecycles.
- Mastery of Agile/Scrum methodologies, PRD drafting, and backlog management.
- Familiarity with product prioritization frameworks (MoSCoW / RICE).
- Good knowledge of national financial regulations (BI & OJK).
- Understanding of basic system architecture, API integration, and core User Experience (UX) principles.
- Strong stakeholder management skills to align business objectives with technical execution.
- Fluent in verbal and written communication in
- both Indonesian and English
- (especially advantageous when coordinating with international vendors or institutions).
Key responsibilities
Product Lifecycle Management
Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of digital products, from initial planning, development, and launch to periodic evaluation.
Backlog & Documentation Management
- Author comprehensive Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), manage the product backlog, and prioritize features using frameworks such as
- MoSCoW
- or
RICE
Agile/Scrum Implementation
Lead daily coordination using Agile/Scrum methodologies to ensure seamless collaboration with Developer and QA teams.
Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure all product features and system architectures align with Indonesian banking regulations, including guidelines from
- Bank Indonesia (BI)
- and the
- Financial Services Authority (OJK)
Cross-Functional Collaboration (Stakeholder Management)
Bridge communication effectively between technical teams and non-technical departments, including Legal, Compliance, Risk, Operations, and Marketing.
Basic Technical Understanding
Coordinate on basic system architecture and API integration to guarantee high security standards and an optimal User Experience (UX) for customers.
