Job Description
Conduct customer site visits to inspect, evaluate, troubleshoot, and support industrial products including electric motors, inverters, PLC systems, and
related equipment.
Perform condition assessment and technical inspection including ampere measurement, vibration monitoring, temperature checking, parameter verification, and basic electrical/mechanical diagnostics.
- Support installation, commissioning, testing, parameter setting, and start-up activities at customer
- sites.
- Configure and provide technical support for inverter and PLC applications based on customer operational requirements.
- Prepare service reports, maintenance records, inspection findings, and technical documentation
- regularly.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1)
- in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Automation Engineering,
- or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- in Technical Support, Field Service, Maintenance, Automation, Control System, or After-Sales Service is preferred.
Good understanding of at least one of the following areas
- Electric Motors & Rotating Equipment
- Inverters/Variable Frequency Drives (VFD)
- PLC and Industrial Automation Systems
- Familiar with troubleshooting, installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities.
- Able to read electrical drawings, technical manuals, and control schematics.
- Willing to work in a mobile role and perform customer visits across assigned areas.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Own a motorcycle, able to ride, and possess a valid motorcycle driving license (SIM C).
- Experienced in preparing service reports and maintenance documentation.
- Demonstrate good discipline, responsibility, teamwork, and professional attitude.
