Support the Engineering & Technical Manager by providing product technical assistance — specifications, design troubleshooting, trials and training —across all departments.
Prepare product technical specifications for board inquiries • Monitor process performance; drive efficiency and quality gains • Partner with Production, QA/QC and Maintenance on training and issues • Document and maintain inspection and troubleshooting standards • Run, record and report production trials for new products • Support commissioning, sample prep and HSE compliance
