Production Operator (Contract)

, you will be responsible for running process and production machines in compliance with our quality management system and our ways of working. You will carry out regular quality checks on both processes and products, while performing routine maintenance in line with procedures. Your role ensures production runs efficiently and effectively, delivering products that consistently meet quality standards and quantity targets.

• This position is intended to support the Festive Project and will be offered on a temporary contract basis for the duration of the project.
• Key Responsibilities
• Operate process and production machinery
• Perform quality checks on processes and products
• Carry out cleaning and sanitation activities
• Conduct regular autonomous maintenance and minor machine repairs
• Inspect machines and equipment to support production reliability
• Apply and uphold Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an FMCG manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
• Diploma's Degree (D3) in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• Demonstrates a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work
• Willing to work in shifts.
• Willing to be based in a manufacturing/production environment.
