projects. You will be responsible for leading end-to-end project execution, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while coordinating cross-functional teams, clients, contractors, and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of data centre projects.
• Define project scope, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and key milestones.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, design teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and government authorities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage procurement schedules and oversee the delivery of critical equipment and materials.
• Monitor project progress, quality, costs, and timelines, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
• Conduct regular site meetings, resolve technical and construction issues, and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Manage project changes, risk assessments, safety requirements, and mitigation plans.
• Supervise system commissioning, testing, inspection, and final project acceptance.
• Prepare project documentation, handover packages, as-built drawings, and operational manuals.
• Support client handover, project close-out, and post-project reviews to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience managing

• Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and infrastructure systems used in mission-critical facilities.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders, subcontractors, and cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with project planning tools, scheduling methodologies, and project cost control.
• Strong knowledge of project risk management, quality assurance, and construction safety practices.
• Experience with commissioning, testing, and project handover processes is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Preferred Experience
• Data centre EPC or mission-critical infrastructure project management.
• Back-to-back contract and subcontractor management.
• Multi-disciplinary coordination across electrical, mechanical, ICT, and building systems.
• Experience delivering projects with a focus on cost optimisation, operational efficiency, and quality outcomes.
