About the Role
- We are seeking a motivated
- After Sales Engineer
- to join our technical services team, supporting the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of
- secondary power equipment
- for
- data center projects
. This role is ideal for engineers with experience in electrical power systems, automation, substations, or industrial power distribution who enjoy field work and customer interaction.
- Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the
- on-site installation, commissioning, and system integration testing
- of secondary power equipment for data center projects, including:
- Relay Protection Systems
- Power Meters
- Electrical Monitoring Devices
- Secondary Control Systems
- Perform system configuration, functional testing, and commissioning to ensure equipment operates according to project specifications.
- Troubleshoot technical issues on-site, identify root causes, and prepare
- fault analysis reports in English
Conduct preventive maintenance activities, including
- Relay protection verification
- Automatic transfer switching (ATS) testing
- Monitoring system inspections
- Equipment health checks
Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, including
- Commissioning Reports
- As-Built Drawings
- Operation & Maintenance (O&M) Manuals
- Deliver basic system operation and maintenance training to overseas customers.
Coordinate closely with internal R&D, engineering, and project delivery teams by providing technical feedback and recommending product or system improvements.
Ensure all commissioning and maintenance work complies with project quality, safety, and technical standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in
- Electrical Engineering
- Automation Engineering
- Power Systems Engineering
- Or other related engineering disciplines
- 1–3 years
- of field service, commissioning, or after-sales engineering experience involving:
- Secondary Power Equipment
- Protection Relays
- Power Automation Systems
- Industrial Automation
- Electrical Distribution Systems
- Experience in
- Data Centers, Substations, Factory Power Distribution, or Industrial Electrical Projects
- is highly preferred.
