JOB DESCRIPTION
- Develop industrial customers across East Java, Central Java, and Bali.
- Conduct customer mapping, visits, presentations, follow-ups, and prepare reports.
- Study customers’ needs and requirements in detail to provide optimal solutions.
- Maintain good relationships with customers and resolve any customer complaints.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B Sales Engineering, particularly in selling technical products, or an established customer base within the industrial sector (excluding buildings, malls, and consultants).
- Based in Surabaya, Sidoarjo, Gresik, Pasuruan, or Mojokerto.
- Have an established customer base in East Java and Central Java.
- Experienced in conducting surveys, presentations, and product/technical specifications.
NON-TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Highly initiative-driven, proactive, and target-oriented.
- Willing to travel for business trips and attend customer meetings outside regular working hours.
- Strong interpersonal and social skills, with the ability to interact effectively with different types of customers.
- Persistent, resilient, and eager to learn and grow.
