About the role
- PT Redpod Indonesia is seeking an experienced
- Project Manager
- to join our construction management team. This is a full-time position based in
- Bali
, where you will oversee and manage construction projects from inception through completion. As Project Manager, you will be the driving force behind successful project delivery, ensuring that all construction initiatives are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role is strategically important to our organisation, as it directly impacts our reputation, client satisfaction, and overall business success in the construction industry.
- Key responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate and oversee all aspects of construction projects, from pre-construction through final handover
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, budgets and resource allocation plans
- Monitor project progress and performance against key performance indicators and project milestones
- Manage communication between clients, contractors, suppliers, architects and other project stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, safety standards and company policies
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits to maintain construction standards and safety protocols
- Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies to prevent delays and cost overruns
- Prepare and submit project documentation, reports and progress updates to senior management and clients
- Lead and supervise project teams, including contractors and site personnel, ensuring effective collaboration
- Manage contract negotiations and procurement activities with vendors and subcontractors
- What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in construction project management
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes and industry standards
- Demonstrated expertise in project planning, scheduling and budget management
- Proficiency with project management software and tools (e.g. Microsoft Project, Primavera, AutoCAD)
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and commitment to maintaining safe work environments
- Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages is preferred
- Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent are advantageous
