Property Sales Executive

We are looking for a strong English-speaking Sales Executive to join our real estate development team in Ubud, Bali.

Our villa project is already 75% complete, and we generate a strong flow of international inbound leads. Your main focus will be to communicate with potential buyers, understand their needs, present the project, follow up consistently, and close sales.

What we’re looking for

• Fluent spoken and written English
• Proven sales and negotiation skills
• Confident communication with international clients
• Experience in real estate, luxury hospitality or high-ticket sales is preferred
• Organized, proactive and strongly results-driven
• Based in Bali
