PT Royal Sutan Industri, a manufacturing company (Home Appliance Electronics factory) in Indonesia established in 2025, is currently looking for an experienced and results-oriented

Purchasing Manager

to join our team at our headquarters in Semarang. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the purchasing function across the organization, ensuring efficient and cost-effective processes to support smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage  and  develop  purchasing  strategies  that  align  with  the  company's business goals
• Negotiate  and  arrange  contracts  with  suppliers to secure the most favorable terms and conditions
• Analyze   market   trends,   prices,   and   raw   material   availability   to    make  accurate purchasing decisions
• Develop  and  implement  purchasing  procedures  and  policies  to  ensure transparency and compliance
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers
• Overseeing budget and purchase cost control
• Leading and developing the purchasing team to maximize efficiency and productivity

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Degree in any field
• Must be able to speak and write Mandarin and English language (both oral and written)
• Senior with over 5 years of working experience in Purchasing Local & Import tasks, with at least 10 years as Purchasing Import Manager
• Strong in Importation tasks & procedures (experts in handling custom clearance issues and other import documents)
• Strong understanding of import processes, warehouse management, inventory control, and distribution.
• Experienced with Oddo Programe or Inventory Management Systems
• Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experienced in dealing with Asia's vendors, mastering customs and excise regulations.
• Smart, able to work in fast-pace and good interpersonal skills
• Required Skill(s): negotiation skill, communication skill, leadership
• Preferably Senior Manager specialized in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & part elecronics or equivalent
• Willing to work on Saturday (half day working)
• Having an experience as Purchasing for Manufacture Company
• Willing to be place in Semarang
