- Support the preparation, checking, and filing of import/export documents.
- Monitor shipment status, ETA, and delivery progress.
- Support customs clearance processes and follow up with forwarders.
- Maintain EXIM data and prepare regular reports and tracking updates.
- Coordinate with forwarders, suppliers, and internal departments on EXIM activities.
- Support daily administrative and operational activities of the EXIM team.
- Undergraduate student majoring in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business/Trade, or Management.
- Good command of English, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic Microsoft Office.
- Detail-oriented and well-organized, especially in handling documents and data.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willing to learn and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
