- Villa & Building Projects
- We are looking for an experienced Purchasing Officer to manage procurement for villa and building construction projects.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of purchasing experience in construction or with a building contractor.
- Strong knowledge of building materials, specifications, quality, and market prices.
- Ability to plan purchases according to project schedules, quantities, and budgets.
- Experience sourcing suppliers, comparing quotations, and negotiating prices and payment terms.
- Understanding of supplier contracts, purchase orders, invoices, and delivery arrangements.
- Ability to coordinate with project managers and site teams to ensure materials arrive on time.
- Accurate recordkeeping and control of purchasing costs.
- Honest, organised, proactive, and responsible.
- Able to communicate in English.
- Available to join as soon as possible.
