PT BAROBA — We're Hiring
PT Baroba is an international furniture manufacturer based in Jepara, handling projects for premium retail brands and the hospitality sector. We are expanding our team and seeking committed professionals to join us in the following roles:
Quality Control (QC)
Responsibilities
- Inspect raw materials, components, and finished products against quality standards and client specifications
- Carry out inline and final inspections; record defects and follow up on corrective actions
- Coordinate with production on rework and continuous quality improvement
- Verify that products meet export and packing standards before shipment
Requirements
- Minimum
- [2–3]
- years of QC experience, preferably in furniture or wood manufacturing
- Strong attention to detail and familiarity with inspection methods
- Able to read technical drawings and product specifications
Tanggung Jawab
- Memeriksa bahan baku, komponen, dan produk jadi sesuai standar kualitas dan spesifikasi klien
- Melakukan inspeksi proses (inline) dan inspeksi akhir; mencatat dan menindaklanjuti perbaikan
- Berkoordinasi dengan produksi terkait rework dan peningkatan kualitas berkelanjutan
- Memastikan produk memenuhi standar ekspor dan pengemasan sebelum pengiriman
Persyaratan
- Pengalaman QC minimal

- tahun, diutamakan di industri furnitur atau pengolahan kayu
- Teliti dan memahami metode inspeksi
- Mampu membaca gambar teknik dan spesifikasi produk
