PERSOL Indonesia currently assisting one of our multinational client with nature of business at cable manufacturer with a placement in Kendal, Central Java as a Quality Supervisor
- Key Responsibilities
- Oversee quality control activities and drive continuous improvement initiatives across production processes.
- Investigate and analyze quality-related issues, implementing effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Provide technical quality support and assistance to customers.
- Promote quality knowledge and foster a strong quality-awareness culture throughout the organization.
- Support quality design, validation testing, engineering oversight, and other activities related to new product development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field, especially at cable manufacturer
- Proven experience as a Quality Engineer or Quality Supervisor.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Prior experience in the fiber optic cable, optical cable, telecommunication cable industry, or a similar manufacturing environment will be an advantage.
