Vacancy: Receptionist — Tiger Muay Thai Bali, UNGASAN AREA
Tiger Muay Thai Bali is an international training center located in the heart of Uluwatu, where athletes, digital nomads, and active lifestyle enthusiasts from all over the world come together.
We are looking for an energetic and responsible Receptionist who will become the face of our space and provide a warm, professional experience for our guests.
🔥 Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and create a friendly atmosphere
- Consult clients on training programs, packages, and services
- Handle bookings (online and offline)
- Process payments and manage the cash desk
- Communicate with trainers and the team
- Respond to messages via WhatsApp
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the reception area
💪 Requirements
- Strong English skills — ability to speak, understand, and write confidently (mandatory)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized and responsible
- Ability to multitask
- Experience in service / hospitality is a plus
- Interest in sports and an active lifestyle
