Kualifikasi

• Proven experience (1-3 years) in full-cycle recruitment or HR recruiting.
• Demonstrated ability in candidate sourcing and talent acquisition strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interviewing skills.
• Proficiency in using ATS (Applicant Tracking System) software.
• Familiarity with HRIS software and onboarding processes.
• Strong relationship-building skills with candidates and hiring managers.
• Experience or understanding of employer branding initiatives is a plus.
