Recruiter Intern - Emtek Commerce (Live&Go)

Source and pipeline candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, Dealls, Threads, Facebook, referrals, and other recruitment platforms to support current and future hiring needs.

Support recruitment activities, including resume screening, HR interviews, interview scheduling, offer administration, and onboarding documentation.

• Coordinate with hiring managers and field coordinators to ensure smooth recruitment processes and hiring alignment across Emtek Commerce.
• Assist with recruitment administration, including contract generation, contract distribution, candidate communication, and documentation.

Support high-volume (mass) hiring initiatives for operational and business roles across Emtek Commerce while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Assist in recruiting for various operational roles across Emtek Commerce, including but not limited to Host, Live Streaming Operator (LSO), Live Streaming Coordinator (LSC), and other business functions.

Kualifikasi

• Final-year student or recent graduate from any major, preferably Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Resourceful and confident in networking to build candidate pipelines through referrals and personal outreach.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage recruitment administration accurately and proactively.
• Fast learner who can quickly adapt to new processes and work independently with minimal supervision.

Eager to learn and comfortable working in a dynamic environment, including collaborating directly with field coordinators and senior stakeholders.

• Able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment.
• Previous experience in recruitment, mass hiring, campus organizations, or HR-related activities is a plus.
