- Location: Jepara, Indonesia
- Function: Regional HR COE / Rewards & Performance
We are looking for a senior HR leader to drive Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, and Organizational Effectiveness initiatives across our Indonesia operations.
- Key Responsibilities
- Design and manage compensation structures, salary bands, merit increase frameworks, and incentive programs.
- Lead market benchmarking and salary competitiveness analysis.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesia labor regulations, including BPJS, THR, and severance requirements.
- Develop performance management frameworks, bonus pool methodologies, and long-term incentive plans.
- Conduct organizational design, workforce productivity analysis, and job evaluation exercises.
- Manage labor cost budgets, workforce planning, and compensation forecasting.
- Provide governance and guidance to local HR teams on recruitment, compliance, and people-related policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, Finance, Economics, or related discipline.
- 10+ years of HR experience, with exposure in Compensation & Benefits, Rewards, HR COE, or HR Strategy.
- Deep understanding of Indonesia labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Good experience in salary benchmarking, job grading, job evaluation, and incentive plan design.
- Experience with Hay Methodology or similar job evaluation frameworks is a must.
