The Opportunity: Why Your Impact Matters
We are seeking a Relationship Manager Funding - Corporate Segment who sees beyond transaction numbers and values true, lasting human connection. In this high-impact role, you will lead our strategic deposit growth across three key pillars: Corporate Entities, BPR Linkage Partnerships, and Priority High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWI).
Rather than pushing rigid products, you will serve as a trusted financial advisor—listening to our partners' needs, understanding their goals, and offering tailor-made liquidity solutions that help businesses, institutions, and families thrive.
Empower Corporate & Business Partners: Build and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with corporate decision-makers, CFOs, and business owners to help them optimize their commercial deposits and liquidity.
Lead BPR Linkage Initiatives: Cultivate strategic inter-bank and institution-to-institution funding partnerships, creating win-win financial ecosystems across rural and commercial banking networks.
Deliver Personalized Priority Service: Serve as a dedicated personal advisor to High-Net-Worth Individuals, offering attentive, discreet, and reliable deposit solutions tailored to their personal financial security.
Nurture Long-Term Loyalty: Manage portfolio lifecycles with genuine care—ensuring seamless onboarding, proactive maturity management, and consistent reinvestment strategies anchored in trust.

Relevant Expertise: 3 to 7+ years of experience as a Funding RM, Corporate RM, Priority Banking Specialist, or Institutional Partnership Manager within Banking (Conventional, Sharia, Digital, or BPR/BPRS).
Strong Network & Human Touch: Proven, active connections with corporate leaders, BPR executives, or priority/affluent clients—paired with the authenticity needed to turn connections into lifelong partnerships.
Deep Understanding of Funding: Solid knowledge of deposit instruments, liquidity planning, commercial interest dynamics, and inter-bank linkage mechanisms.
Empathy & Active Listening: A natural ability to understand client priorities, solve problems with patience, and communicate with clarity and respect.
Competitive Executive Compensation: A base nett salary package (open to tailored negotiation based on your proven track record and portfolio strength).
Uncapped Performance Rewards: Highly lucrative (New-To-Bank Incentive AND Roll over Incentive), transparent sales commissions and annual performance bonuses that directly reflect the value you bring.
Comprehensive Health Protection: Premium private health insurance covering you and your family, alongside complete BPJS Kesehatan & BPJS Ketenagakerjaan coverage.
Human-Centered Workplace: A supportive, collaborative culture that respects your work-life balance, health, and personal growth.
Career Autonomy & Mentorship: Access to executive coaching, clear leadership pathways, and the strategic freedom to build your portfolio your way.
