We are seeking a Relationship Manager Funding - Retail Segment who values lasting human connection over quick sales. In this high-potential role, you will lead our deposit growth within the retail individual segment—building a portfolio of valued clients who trust you with their financial goals.
Rather than pushing rigid products, you will serve as a attentive financial advisor—listening closely to each client's unique story, understanding their liquidity needs, and delivering tailored deposit strategies that help individuals and families protect and grow their savings.
Empower Affluent Retail Clients: Build and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with individual depositors, professionals, and small business owners to help them structure their personal savings.
Expand Retail Deposit Portfolios: Proactively acquire new retail funding accounts through targeted networking, client referrals, and community engagement.
Deliver Personalized Deposit Advisory: Serve as a dedicated personal RM, offering attentive and reliable deposit strategies tailored to each client's liquidity and growth goals.
Nurture Long-Term Loyalty: Manage portfolio lifecycles with genuine care—ensuring seamless onboarding, proactive maturity management, and consistent reinvestment strategies anchored in trust.

Champion Integrity & Quality: Oversee all client onboarding and KYC compliance with high ethical standards, ensuring every relationship aligns with regulatory frameworks and robust risk management.

Relevant Expertise: 1 to 2+ years of experience as a Funding RM, Deposit Sales Specialist, or Customer Relationship Officer within Banking (Conventional, Sharia, Digital, or BPR/BPRS).
Strong Network & Human Touch: Active, proven connections with individual depositors or affluent retail clients—paired with the authenticity needed to turn initial meetings into lifelong partnerships.
Solid Understanding of Funding: Strong knowledge of retail deposit instruments, interest rate dynamics, and portfolio retention tactics.
Empathy & Active Listening: A natural ability to understand client priorities, solve problems with patience, and communicate with clarity and respect.
