About the role
- Grun Resorts is seeking a
- Reservation Sales Agent
to join our dynamic sales team in Bali. This is a full-time position where you will play a crucial role in driving our revenue by managing reservations, converting enquiries into bookings, and providing exceptional customer service. As a Reservation Sales Agent, you will be the first point of contact for potential guests, representing our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm whilst building lasting relationships that contribute to our business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs.
- Experience with Reservations and Sales processes, including handling inquiries, upselling, and closing bookings.
- Ability to perform Receptionist Duties with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
- Proficiency in reservation management systems or related software is advantageous.
- Previous experience in hospitality, tourism, or a customer-facing role is preferred.
- Able to use Visual Hotel Program (VHP) System
- Willing to be located in Canggu, and Uluwatu for several ocassion
