WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Minimum 3 years in hotel, resort or wellness sales and events, with proven group work
- Excellent English, spoken and written - international organizers are your daily contact
- Understands how a group programme actually runs inside a resort, across departments
- Organized under load - several groups, several deadlines, no detail dropped
- A network of retreat organizers, event or travel partners in Bali is an advantage
- Willing to be located in Uluwatu, Bali
WHAT WILL YOU DO
- Sell and grow group business — wellness retreats, corporate events, weddings and other group programmes
- Own the client from first enquiry to departure: proposals, quotations, contracts and follow-up
- Turn every confirmed programme into an operational plan with Reservations, F&B, Spa, Wellness and Front Office
- Be there while the group is in house — solve problems before the organizer notices them
- Build the pipeline: new organizers, planners, corporate clients and travel partners, tracked in Sheets and CRM
