WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Lead and supervise daily restaurant & bar operations across all service periods
- Ensure every guest receives a warm, attentive, and professional dining experience
- Supervise, brief, and coach F&B service staff on shift
- Monitor table setup, service flow, and service standards at all times
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and special arrangements professionally
- Drive food & beverage upselling — daily specials, beverages, desserts
- Manage opening and closing procedures of the restaurant & bar
- Monitor stock levels, beverage par stock, and coordinate with kitchen on daily mise en place
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards
- Prepare end-of-shift reports and hand over to management
- Coordinate closely with the Kitchen team for smooth service delivery
- Assist in monitoring F&B cost, waste, and inventory accuracy

WHAT WE NEED
- Min. D3 / S1 in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field
- Min. 2–3 years experience in F&B service, with min. 1 year in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of food & beverage operations and service standards
- Familiar with POS systems
- Excellent English communication — written and spoken
- (mandatory)
- Guest-focused, energetic, and a natural team leader
- Well-groomed at all times
- Flexible to work shifts including weekends and public holidays
- Knowledge of basic F&B cost control and inventory management is an advantage
