• Restaurant Manager
• to lead our front-of-house operations and build a service culture that delivers excellence every day.
• Key Responsibilities
• Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional service and operational efficiency.
• Lead, train, coach, and develop the front-of-house team.
• Establish and maintain high service standards and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor labor costs, scheduling, and operational performance.
• Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues professionally.
• Develop SOPs and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Support the restaurant's pre-opening process, including recruitment, training, SOP implementation, and operational setup.

• Previous experience as part of a

• or opening a restaurant from scratch is
• highly preferred
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a quality-driven restaurant.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of restaurant operations, guest relations, and service excellence.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service standards.
