About the role
The Sales Admin will support the sales team in managing daily sales activities, customer orders, documentation, and coordination between customers, sales, production, warehouse, and finance.
- Key responsibilities
- Handle and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, delivery documents, and other sales administration.
- Maintain and update customer and sales databases.
- Follow up on customer orders, payments, deliveries, and outstanding documents.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Production, Warehouse, and Finance teams to ensure orders are processed smoothly.
- Monitor stock availability and communicate product availability to the sales team.
- Prepare regular sales reports and summaries.
- Maintain organized records of customer communications and transactions.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks and customer requests.
- Assist with B2B, hotel, restaurant, café, retail, and corporate accounts.
- About you
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Administration, Sales Support, Customer Service, or a similar position.
- S1, preferably in Business, Management, Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Accurate and detail-oriented, especially when handling orders, prices, and invoices.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to communicate professionally with customers and internal teams.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good follow-up skills and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn.
