Sales Assistant

Primary Responsibilities

• Demonstrate products' features
• Examine merchandise
• Carry out order intake
• Provides customer service to clients and potential clients.
• Process orders and follow up with buyers.
• Organise product display
• Prepare sales checks
• Ensure stock storage safety
• Plan aftersales arrangements

Requirements

• At least Senior High School/Diploma/Bachelor's degree from reputable universities
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a store crew in a sales environment, preferably within the retail industry.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for positions such as Store Associate, Cashier, or daily worker.
• Willingness to commit for long-term career in retail company
• Has strong technical knowledge of the organization's products, services and sales techniques
• Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
• Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
• Performs a variety of tasks and leads and directs the work of others
• A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected
• Proficient in English communication, both verbal and written, with strong interpersonal skills.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications.
