What You'll Do
- Provide expert advice on luxury watch brands, ensuring a personalized client experience.
- Deliver exceptional service aligned with brand standards.
- Build lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
- Maintain accurate customer records to support personalized service.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive engagement.
- Manage daily inventory and ensure product readiness.
- Maintain boutique presentation and merchandising standards.
- Perform value-added services such as strap and bracelet adjustments.
What You’ll Need To Succeed
- Minimum Diploma degree from a recognized institution.
- At least 2 years of experience in luxury retail or a related field.
- Strong sales orientation with a client-focused mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English (fluency not required, but effective communication is important).
- Flexible to work weekends, public holidays, and extended hours as needed.
