- Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop hospital accounts (Inpatient, Emergency Department, Pharmacy, Procurement, Medical Support Units).
- Achieve sales targets and expand market coverage for medical device products
- Conduct product presentations, in-service training, and product trials for healthcare professionals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, nurses, pharmacists, and hospital management.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify business opportunities.
- Handle and support tender processes and hospital purchasing systems.
- Conduct regular customer visits and ensure high customer engagement.
- Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Medical Laboratory Technology, Public Health, or other Health Sciences (preferred)
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Product Specialist / Clinical Specialist / Application Specialist Specialist in medical devices / pharmaceutical manufacturer
- Strong track record in achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong product detailing and customer engagement skills.
- Analytical mindset with experience in market and competitor analysis.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Willing to travel and be relocated as required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Own a personal vehicle and have a valid driving license (SIM A or SIM C).
