IT (Infrastructure)

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree from majoring in information technology / Computer Science / Information System / Industrial Engineering / any major related
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in IT Operational (Infrastructure)

Experienced in : Network & Security (VLAN, DHCP, NAT), Enterprise Firewall management (SD-WAN, security policies), and corporate Wireless Access Point optimization; Server Administration (deployment, configuration, and automation scripting) and managing system high-availability ; Storage & Data Protection ( managing enterprise Network Attached Storage (NAS), implementing secure backup strategies, RAID configurations, and disaster recovery replication ; Familiarity with IT infrastructure documentation and compliance standards (such as ISO audit requirements).

Strong analytical troubleshooting skills, proactive mindset for continuous improvement, and the ability to collaborate smoothly with internal teams like ERP and Software Development.
