Sales Representative (Tapanuli Area)

Responsibilities

Visit customers daily to give product detailing, share and review trade programs, check product availability at customers, and assist customers in tracking orders.

Coordinate with ASM and exclusive sales of distributors every week.

Monitor sales performance, including exclusive sales of distributors, and give guidance and advice to the exclusive salesman of distributors to enable them to achieve the target.

Responsible for discussing and reviewing the programs with distributors, joining visits with distributors, and checking and updating stocks at distributors.

• Prepares daily, weekly, and monthly reports regarding sales performance and trade programs.
• Follow-up rewards for customers.

Requirements

• Minimum hold Diploma in any field
• Have at least 4 years of sales experience, explicitly handling outlets, Apotek channel, GT channel, midwives channel or local key accounts.
• Familiar with respective areas.
